<p>Mfr. of an oven, partic. a bakers oven which has baking chamber supplied with hot, moist air, comprises placing the floor in position; securing the two side-walls and rear wall to the floor; fixing the front wall to the base and sidewalls where front wall comprises a column for the doorframe; fixing the ceiling, previously fitted with an air-duct on top of the four walls. Pref. before the front wall and/or the ceiling is/are fitted, all internal equipment is installed, partic.a heat exchanger with deflector plates to guide baking air upwards. The exterior of the ceiling and walls is pref. lagged with thermal insulation enclosed in outer casing. All assembled components are fixed together pref. by bolts and/or clamps. Great saving in manpower and transport costs are achieved compared with factory-assembled ovens. No skilled assemblers required.</p> |
