<p>Metal pressure pads and a metal high-pressure duct led out from the hole to also act as an extensometer, are incorporated in a hydraulic pressure probe for a borehole. The probe (1) comprises two halves (2,3) of semi-circular cross-section, for assembly in the hole's longitudinal direction. In each half there are two or more recesses (4,5), in pressure- cylinder form arranged one behind the other, and corresponding to opposite ones on assembly, each fitted with a piston (6). Those in the bottom half may be connected to the high-pressure duct (7) via a common duct (8).</p> |
