The paste rammer is for sealing the root canal of a tooth from which the nerve has been removed. It has a screwed stem and a cylindrical body fitting in a rotary driving head. The body (2) is driven from the head by torque-limiting coupling devices. The cylindrical portion (5) where the flat is situated can be reduced in the radial direction to a dimension (6) not providing positive drive. Another part accommodates an elastic blade (9) with a protrusion (9A) for a friction drive. |
