PURPOSE:The diagnose the failure of an object accompanying the change with the lapse of time by writing a measuring phenomenon as a condition on the system of a status by using a time operating element and comparing the condition of the condition system in comparison between a simulation result with the measuring phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:When a simulating part 13 simulates the operation of the diagnosing object, the respective conditions of the diagnosing object and a transit system between the conditions are obtained. In order to obtain them, the simulating part 13 is corrected and not only the condition (a parameter value at respective time points) but also the condition transit system (the system of the change with the lapse of time of the status, namely, the change of the respective parameter values) are outputted. Further, as the writing of the measuring phenomenon, the change with the lapse of time of a measuring parameter is written and in a result comparing part 14, the condition system (the change with the lapse of time of the respective parameter values,) which is outputted from the simulating part 13, and the measuring phenomenon ( the change with the lapse of time of the measuring parameter) are compared. Then, a failure spot can be identified. |
