The object of this invention is to provide a process for manufacturing detergent-builder with good washing effect. 1). added activated carbon to shell-group is calcined in the furnace, cooled rapidly and powered to give activation ionized calcium-oxide. 2). 5 weight % activation ionized calcium oxide and sodium perborate are mixed with the other builder such as sodium sulfate or sodium silicate to give detergent builder with a good washing effect.
