<p>There is provided a trailer which comprises a chassis having side edges that are shaped to define two clearances to accommodate the wheels of lateral wheel assemblies. The wheel assemblies are mounted at either side of the chassis by an arrangement which provides both a bearing support and articulation, thus allowing the wheel assemblies to be folded under the chassis. Moreover, the shape of the chassis is such that, when the wheel assemblies are in folded position, the chassis can be received within the trunk of a car, with maximum utilization of the space.</p> |
