PURPOSE:To make it possible to attain high data compressibility by making use of the regularity and correlativity of a waveform signal. CONSTITUTION:A waveform signal is equally divided to a random data length and each division is correlated to the last one at intervals of the data length. After the 1st data (1) are all transmitted, the 2nd data are treated being considered to be the same as 1st data (1) because the 2nd data (2) are correlated to the last data (1) to transmit only a discrimination signal showing the correlation and at the reception side, the 2nd data are reproduced being considered to be the same as last data (1) having been received yet when the discrimination code is received. Further, since data (3) has the correlation to data (2), they are considered to be the same as data (2). The 4th data (4), on the other hand, has no correlation to last data (3), so data (4) are transmitted together with a discrimination code showing no correlation and the reception side, when receiving the discrimination code, receives and reproduces received data (4) as they are. |
