PURPOSE:To reduce the time from pouring up to injection starting and prevent the temperature lowering of molten metal by causing the movement and oscillation in the axial direction of an injection cylinder to take place in one motion with one driving source by the action of link mechanism, cam plate, upper and lower two rollers, etc. CONSTITUTION:The link mechanism extended and contracted by the driving source provided between the pin 13 of the side face of an injection cylinder 7 and the rear stationary pin 15, and the cam plate 24 fixed to the injection cylinder side having the guide groove 27 consisting of the longitudinal groove 25 and inclined groove 26 in the axial line direction of the injection cylinder 7 in the injection position are provided. In addition, the 1st roller 28 is provided on the side face of the injection cylinder 7 movably in the guide groove 27 of the cam plate 24 and the guide part having the guide groove 30 moving the head part of the injection cylinder in its axial line direction and the 2nd roller 31 which is in the guide part and becomes the center for the oscillation of the injection cylinder is provided. With such constitution, the oscillation of the injection cylinder 7 and the docking of the injection sleeve 11 to the stationary die 2 part are accomplished in one motion. |
