发明名称 CONNECTING MECHANISM OF SLEEVE AND FEED PATH IN HOTT CHAMBER TYPE DIEECASTING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of molten metal of high-pressures by making the feed path narrower as it goes closer to the end from the root part and peripherally contacting the mouth edge of a sleeve with the inlet at its end through linear contacting. CONSTITUTION:In a hot-chamber type die-casting machine consisting in interposing an injection device 4 in a melting furnace 3, placing the pressurizing chamber 4a provided in the lower part thereof under the molten metal surface of the melting furnace and connecting the same to dies 5 with a feed path 6, the member 6a forming the inlet of the feed path 6 is formed into a projecting shape of which the cross sectional area decreases as it goes toward the end from the root part. The inlet of the feed path 6 is opened at the end thereof and the cross sectional shape of the intermediate part of the member 6a is matched to the outlet shape of the bottom end of the sleeve 4b forming the pressurizing chamber 4a. Thence, the bottom end of the sleeve 4b is pressure contacted with the inlet of the feed path 6 through linear contacting and is thereby watertightly connected therewith. Because of this, the leakage of the high-pressure molten metal 2 is prevented.
