PURPOSE:To realize an automatic detection with no individual difference, by performing a decision via a comparator on the basis of the state of transmission and attenuation of the prescribed double-color light. CONSTITUTION:In the state under which both the red and green light emitting diodes 23a and 23b have no light emission through the time-division process given via the CPU25 and the control part 26, the drift component such as the disturbance or the like is held by the holding circuit 29 via the photodetector 24. Then the light reception value due to the element 24 of red and green light which transmits the specimen 20 is held successively by the holding circuits 30 and 31. The value of difference between the circuits 29 and 30 obtained through the differential amplifier 32 is compared via the comparator 34 with the emulsion deciding reference set value. In the same way, the difference of holding value between the circuits 30 and 31 is compared with the weak-degree hematic deciding reference voltage of the comparator 36. The result of comparison is latched at the latch circuit 37. Thus a decision based on the fact that the green light and the red light has a large amount of attenuation during the dissolution of blood and during the emulsion respectively is carried out by the CPU25. Thus an automatic detection is given to both the blood dissolution and the emulsion with no individual difference. |
