PURPOSE:To secure an automatic and accurate dispensation for the liquid such as the blood serum or the like which received a layer separation by a centrifugal machine, by providing a tube having the open tip, a nozzle to suck and exhaust the liquid to be dispensed, and others. CONSTITUTION:The nozzle 1 which sucks and exhausts the liquid to be dispensed and has the open tip is formed with the insulating tube such as the Teflon or the like. This nozzle 1 is located so that its tip may be positioned at the bottom part of the blood serum layer 3 within the blood collecting tube 2 which is properly given a centrifugation via the driving unit or the optical detecting means. And the vaccum pump 6 is linked properly with the nozzle 1 via the 2-way electromagnetic valve V1 plus the 3-way electromagnetic valves V2 and V3 each. Thus the blood serum in the tube 2 is sucked up via the nozzle 1. In this case, the electrodes 10a, 10b, 11a and 11b detect electrically the change of the electric resistance or the like in case the blood serum exists among those electrodes and in case no blood serum exists respectively. Thus an automatic control is given to the drive of the pump 6. |
