PURPOSE:To realize the capacitance having various capacitance values and to enable quick speed adjustment, by enabling the variable capacitance through external set data. CONSTITUTION:The data latch circuit 10 inputs the data D0, D1...D7 in 8-bits via bus of the microcomputer 2. The selection of the circuit 10 is made with the selection signal being the output of the decoder 14 taking the address of address bus as the input. Further, the circuit 10 latches the input data in 8-bits and the respective data bit is fed to the driver 11 to perform on-operation of the corresponding switch 12. Thus, the capacitor 13 is selected and the capacitance corresponding to the set value set with the data can be obtained between A and B. Accordingly, the capacitance of various capacitance values can be realized and the adjusting speed can quickly be made. |
