PURPOSE:To improve the acoustic characteristics of speakers, by bonding the diaphragm part of speaker through the use of two-liquid nonsolvent type polyurethane system adhesives being liquid at normal temperature and of thermosetting nature. CONSTITUTION:The parts of dotted circles, between the edge 1 and cone 3 of speaker, between the cone 3 and voice coil 5, between voice coil 5 and damper 6, and between damper 6 and frame 4, are bonded. As the adhesives used for the bonding, the adhesives of two liquid nonsolvent type polyurethane system of thermosetting nature and being liquid at room temperature is used. Further, one liquid of the adhesives is used as the liquid including one or two or more chemical compounds having two or more isocyanate radicals in one molecule, and another liquid is used as the liquid including one or two or more chemical compounds having active hydrogen radicals in one molecule and curing accelerator, for improved transmission of oscillation over broad frequency of speaker. |
