PURPOSE:To realize at all times a recording with a fixed record length and fixed peak height, by giving scanning previously to the electrophoresis diagram and then securing an automatic control for both the record length and the peak height in accordance with the measurements of the record length of all components and the peak value of the maximum absorbance. CONSTITUTION:The electrophoresis diagram of each specimen formed to the cellulose acetate film 1 is scanned by the luminous flux which is absorbed well into the protein component via the interference filter 7. Both the time required for the scan corresponding to the width W of the electrophoresis diagram and the peak height of the maximum absorbance of components are measured during the return scanning right before the scanning by the luminous flux. Based on these values of measurements, an adjustment is given to the signal level and the speed of rotation of the motor 15 via the scan speed automatic controller 14 and absorbance automatic adjuster 17. And for the recording by the recoder 13, both the constant record length (l) and peak value height (h) are obtained at all times. Thus a high-quality control and others become possible for the diagnosis and record. |
