PURPOSE:To enable pulling-out of a joint without much force for pulling-out by a method wherein hydraulic-pressure inlet passages are provided in prescribed positions near both end surfaces of the joint and thus the joint is pulled out with equal pressure of the oil pressed in the hydraulic-pressure inlet passages. CONSTITUTION:Hydraulic-pressure inlet passages 3 are provided in prescribed positions near both end surfaces of a joint 2, e.g. at the distance of 30-50mm. from the end surfaces of the joint 2. When the forced oil from a hydraulic pump is pressed in the above passages 3, the trunk part 2a of the joint is separated from a shaft 1. In the figure, a curved line P shows the case when the oil is pressed in two places of the hydraulic-pressure inlet passages 3, while a curved line Q shown the case when the oil is pressed in one place of the passages 3. As shown by the curved line P, when the hydraulic pressure is applied equally to two places, the trunk part 2a is separated from the shaft 1 uniformly, the fitting surfaces of the joint 2 and the axis 1 are brought into the state of almost complete separation, and thus the joint 2 can be pulled out by only small force. |
