PURPOSE:To charge a chemical into a reaction tank continuously and quantitatively while maintaining the chemical at a uniform condition by controlling the speed at which a measuring cup passes through the chemical. CONSTITUTION:In quantitative charging of a chemical especially when a chemical is hardly soluble in a solvent, a chemical bath 1 supports a shaft 2 having blades 3, and a charging pipe 4 that is connected to hollow section and a measuring cup 5 via a connection pipe 6. While the shaft is driven and the chemical is uniformly stirred with the blades 3, the cup 5 measures the chemical and charge it into a reaction tank through the connection pipe 6 and the charging pipe 4. The amount to be charged is regulated by the chemical measuring speed. Thus, a simple and compact device allows a chemical to be charged continuously and quantitatively. |
