PURPOSE:To enable the direction of X-ray radiation to be selected freely by providing the mouth-inserted pipe with a curved part, and locating an X-ray irradiation window inside the curved part. CONSTITUTION:A mouth-inserted pipe 14 is curved with a tilt angle of about 50 degrees to its major axisy. Inside this curved part, an X-ray radiation window 11 which corresponds to a positive electrode is disposed. The provision of the curved part of the mouth-inserted pipe 14 can extend the movable range of the inserting pipe 14 within the mouth. Besides, a sensitive surface such as a specimen, a film or an image tube can be easily set at a right angle with an X-ray radiation axis X, thereby enabling a clear image without any duplication to be obtained. |
