PURPOSE:To improve the foaming and shape retention of an artificial flower and resistance to heat and transportation, by adding a specific amount of a specified emulsifier, e.g. a self-emulsifiable glycerol ester of a fatty acid, etc. to a raw material consisting of a fat or oil and an aqueous solution containing cow's milk etc. CONSTITUTION:(A) A self-emulsifiable glycerol ester of a fatty acid, (B) a self- emulsifiable sorbitan ester of a fatty acid, (C) glycerol ester of an unsaturated fatty acid having an iodine value of 80-100 and (D) sucrose ester of a fatty acid having an HLB of 1-2 and (E) lecithin are added to a raw material consisting of 40-50wt% a fat or oil and 50-60wt% an aqueous solution containing cow's milk, skim milk or solid fat to satisfy all the following conditions: A:B=1:1-1:4; 0.4wt%<=A+B<=1.3wt%; 0.4wt%<=C<=0.8wt%; 0.2wt%<=D<=1wt%, 0wt%<= E<=0.1wt%. Thus, the raw material is emulsified. |
