PURPOSE:To obtain the metal plated body having high brightness, by providing two different resin liquid covered layers on the surface of metal and moreover forming the metal plated layer on said layer. CONSTITUTION:Composite layer is formed by the primer coat layer applying the resin liquid having at least one or more of unsturated radical in molecule (e.g. polyester denatured acrylic resin, epoxy denatured acrylic resin, etc.) on the surface of metal and the base coat layer applying the thermosetting resin liquid (e.g. self- hardening type acrylic acid, etc.). Metal plated layer, e.g. aluminum, is formed on the surface of solidified base coat layer by electrically dissociative radiant rays or active energy of electromagnetic waves (e.g. the primer coat layer is solidified by heating and next, the base coat layer is solidified by heating by irradiating ultraviolet rays on the composite layer) by the vacuum vapor deposition method or sputtering method. Here by, plated body having high brightness and permitting to omit the buffing process, is obtained by a short time treatment. |
