<p>HOE 77/F 091 PYRIMIDO (6,1-a)ISOQUINOLIN-4-ONE DERIVATIVES of the disclosure: A novel class of pyrimido (6,1-a)isoquinolin-4-one derivatives, new intermediates used in their preparation and processes for the preparation of the intermediates and the compounds of the invention are described. The pyrimido(6,1-a)isouqinolin-4-one derivatives of the invention possess valuable pharmacologicla properties, for example blood pressure lowering properties, bronchodilatory properties and anti-allergic properties.</p> |
