PURPOSE:To constitute a meter ring pump with a pump to provide it with the theoretical discharge volume equivalent to that of a trochoidal gear pump and to make its production easy. CONSTITUTION:A vane pump used as a metering pump 10 is installed coaxially with an inner rotor valve 3 and a drive shaft 6 is connected to it eccentrically from the rotation axis of a rotor 11 of the vane pump. With this structure, the pump can attain the theoretical discharge volume equivalent to the conventional trochoidal gear pump. Since suction and discharge portions of its pumping section are made constant, it is unnecessary to ensure precision in their positions and the location position of oil conduits 20a and 20b leading to them.
