Walls, ceiling and floor are made separately, and electricity supply, water, heating and/or drainage ducts are incorporated, pref. on the outside. Together the walls, ceiling and floors make up a prefab. cell unit, esp. for bathrooms or toilets. The walls (2) and ceiling (4) have a thickness of approx. 2 to 4 cm. corresponding to rendering thickness. The floor (3) is 3 to 5 cm. thick, corresponding to floor finish thickness. All are made of reinforced concrete, and interconnected via their reinforcing units. Floor and/or ceiling can have blocks of light material as inlays, and the floor can have a bottom sound-insulating layer. This can be economically made and built in, even in single-family houses.
