PURPOSE:To disperse respective components to the specific patterns with the sections of viscous materials and uniformalize temperature distributions by disposing the segment blocks formed by the plural segment paths respectively having one or more spiral vanes into the passage of fluid mixtures. CONSTITUTION:The laminar fluid material which is viscous fluid mixtures continuously contg. a small number of components is divided under equal pressure by plural segment paths 5, is further divided by one or plural spiral vanes 6 in the segment paths 5 and is finely dispersed and disposed by a pressure feed pipe 1 shorter than that in the prior art. In addition, these segment paths 5 are formed in segment blocks 4 and are disposed in the pipe 1; therefore the heat can be retained by the blocks 4 and the fluid material may be uniformly heated. The respective components may be dispersed and disposed into the form of extremely fine gratings and nebulae by these, and further, it is also possible to make the dispersion thereof to the specific patterns by changing the disposition and inclination of the segment paths 5. |
