<p>The mechanism bends the roller of a rotary printing press, the roller being parallel to a mating cylinder and comprising a cylindrical sleeve rotating in bearings on a fixed spindle. Between the end of the roller (1) and the side wall (16), accommodating the spindle (2), is a lever (9) fixed to the latter and swinging in the bending plane. Torque is applied to its first arm (9a), while its second one (9b) exerts a bending moment on the sleeve (3) via a bearing (4). The amount of bending can be adjustable by a stop (14), fixed to the spindle.</p> |
