<p>PURPOSE:To permit the reuses of metal by a continuous separating method in which a plastic-metal foil composite is heated, the smaller part of the plastic is cut off, the remaining larger part is held, and the plastic is continuously separated from the metal foil effectively by means of a metal foil separator. CONSTITUTION:The cable sheath 1 is formed into a flat plate shape by the heat former 4, the cutter plates 55 of the cut holder 5 is put down until the aluminum foil 1B is reached to cut off the plastic portion 1A, and the holding part 541 is screwed into the plastic part 1A. During the period, the cable sheath 1 is heated by the heater 6 to make the separation of both parts easier. Then, after holding and fixing the tip of the plastic part 1A by the tap roller 73, the plastic part 1A is continuously separated from the aluminum foil 1B by moving downwards the pressure cylinder 71 on the guide rail 72 turned through almost 90 deg. counterclockwise.</p> |
