摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned head by which the number of heating elements per unit length can be imcreased and which gives a uniform quality of a picture and enables high-density recording, by forming a plurality of separated electrodes, a heating resistor and a common electrode through lamination vertical direction on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:Lower electrodes 2 in plural are formed alternately on the upper surface of a high-resistance substrate 1 by thick-film technology, while the heating resistor 4 is formed on the upper surface of the lower electrodes 2 so as for it to connect commonly one end of each electrode. On the upper surface of the heating resistor 4 an upper common electrode 5 is formed in the longitudinal direction by thick- film technology. The heating resistor 4 and the upper common electrode 5 are formed at right angle to the draw-out direction of the lower electrodes 2. Since the device can be used effectively as a heating part by the width of the separated electrodes formed in plural and in parallel, the width of the separated electrodes can substantially narrowed compared with the existing ones.
