PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the load impedance to facilitate making the oscillation output optimum, by providing a dielectric resonator, which operates as a reflective resonator, near the suspended line where a semiconductor oscillating element is loaded. CONSTITUTION:In reference face T1 of the connection part between dielectric resonator 15 and suspended line 12, the real part of the load impedance in the resonance frequency of dielectric resonator 15 is larger than the characteristic impedance of suspended line 12 and the conductance of dielectric resonator 15. When the length between suspended line 12 and dielectric resonator 15 is changed, the coupling degree is changed, so that the load impedance can be changed. Consequently, the position where dielectric resonator 15 should be provided is so adjusted that the load impedance at the view from semiconductor oscillating element 13 may be optimum. |
