摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enhance the scanning speed, by connecting a load resistance for photoelectric conversion signal sampling to the photoelectric conversion element sensor array of one-dimensional arrangement in the photoelectric conversion unit. CONSTITUTION:One-dimensionally arranged photoelectric conversion element sensor array 9 is constituted with 24 blocks 1C-24C of 32-bit 1R-32R blocks, and blocks 1C-24C are selected successively by 24-bit parallel output decoder 8, and analogue gate circuit 7 samples the voltage of photoelectric conversion elements in the selected block through load resistances R1-R32 for photoelectric conversion signal sampling by 32-bit parallel output decoder 6 after photoelectric conversion elements in the selected block lead sufficiently. Consequently, the read time for one- line components becomes the number of blocks X (the leading time of photoelectric conversion elements + the photoelectric conversion signal sampling time), so that the scanning speed can be higher in comparison with the conventional method. |
