Connection elements are located under the bench plate, and operating elements on a housing above it, with pipes passing through it, for domestic appliances with water supply under the bench. The housing (10) has a recess (11) for the standardised screw pipe socket (12.1) of a single-hole mixer and/or top assembly (12). The pipes (18.4,18.5) and/or ducts (18.3,18.8) are aligned in the space (15) outside this recess, while the connecting ducts and screw-in thread (18.9) for the stop cocks (18) are located in areas above the space. The valve assembly is easily installed and dismantled, and permits subsequent connection of several water users, with centrally operated stop elements.
