<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a belt band from being cut due to paper jamming while preventing the generation of a slip sound between recording paper and a discharge belt, by building a torque limiter in a discharge driving roller. CONSTITUTION:Driving shaft 34a is fitted with disk 34b by screwing and friction disk 34 c is mounted in disk 34b. In contact with this friction plate 34c, rotatable driving roller 34d is inserted and the other end of this driving roller 34d is pressed by compression spring 34e. In the torque limiter unit constituted as mentioned above, the turning force of driving shaft 34a is transmitted to discharge belt 31 by friction between friction plate 34c and driving roller 34d and its transfer torque depends upon the compressive force of compression spring 34e and frictional force generated between friction plate 34c and driving roller 34d.</p> |
