<p>PURPOSE:To equalize the thickness of insulating material of an electromagnetic coil to improve the quality and to elevate the efficiency of production by a method wherein the coil is inserted after an insulating material is equipped along the coil inserting part of a core. CONSTITUTION:An insulating material 11 is equipped along a coil inserting part 10 of a core 3. Then a coil 9 is inserted on the insulating material 11 in the coil inserting part, and is covered with a core 7. When this is to be put in a case, projecting ends 11a of the insulating material 11 are made to come in contact with the inner wall of the case to simplify the locating in the case. By this way, the thickness of the insulating material can be equalized to improve the quality, the winding work of insulating tape is eliminated, and the efficiency of production can be elevated.</p> |
