PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a crack in a photosensitive layer, and to improve the sticking strength between a silicone-rubber layer and the photosensitive layer by incorporating a orthoquinone diazide compd. and a high polymer compd. having a structural unit shown by the formula, in a photosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The titled plate is formed by laminating the silicone-rubber layer composed of an ink repulsive layer and the photosensitive layer composed of an ink accepting layer on a substrate in this order, and the photosensitive layer contains the orthoquinone diazide compd. and the high polymer having a structural unit shown by the formula wherein R1 and R2 are hydrogen or halogen atom, alkyl, aryl or carboxylic acid group, R3 is hydrogen or halogen atom, alkyl or aryl group, R4 is hydrogen atom, alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group, Y is an aromatic group which may be substd., X is a divalent org. group capable of binding a nitrogen atom and a carbon atom contd. in an aromatic group, (n) is an integer of 0-1. |
