发明名称 THERMOPLASTIC MAGNETIC INK MEDIUM
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance an adhesion between a substrate layer and an ink layer to enable a printing to be conducted with high quality on a transfer paper having low surface smoothness or a film having low affinity to an ink, by providing an undercoat layer between the substrate layer and the thermoplastic magnetic ink layer. CONSTITUTION:In a thermoplastic magnetic ink medium provided with a thermoplastic magnetic ink layer containing high-magnetic particles, a thermoplastic undercoat layer 12 is provided at least between a substrate layer 11 and the thermoplastic magnetic ink layer 13 to enhance the adhesion between the layers. In addition, the undercoat layer 12 is preferably 5mum or less in thickness. As the substrate, a resin film group such as polyethylene, polypropylene, and polyester, which is a high-smoothness material having a heat resistance and mechanical strength, is desirably used with a thickness of 1-30mum. The thermoplastic magnetic ink layer is desirably 1-40mum in thickness.
