PURPOSE:To save expenses for manufacture, processing, etc. by such an arrangement that encapsulation of gas can be performed by opening and closing an oil seal mounted already, where no provision of particular holes or filler valve is required. CONSTITUTION:A jig 22 is inserted in a shock absorber from above, and a pipe 23 etc. mounted on this jig 22 are inserted in a dust lip 16'. Gas is introduced through a groove-shaped passage 24 provided in this pipe 23, which is removed together with the jig 23 after encapsulation of the gas, and finally selfsealing is provided by a sealing material 14. |
