发明名称 METHOD FOR FORMING FLUORESCENT SURFACE ON CATHODEERAY TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To use a metal backing film as a black matrix by forming fluorescent materials of different colours on a resinous film which has been formed on the inner surface of a panel and thereafter forming metal backing films on exposed areas of the resinous film and the fluorescent materials. CONSTITUTION:After forming on the inner surface of a panel 1 of a cathode-ray tube a film 10 with a resin whose particle diameter is 0.05-5mum, fluorescent material layers 7g, 7b, 7r of different colours and desired shapes are formed on the film 10. Then, subsequent to forming filming films 8 on the top surfaces of fluorescent materials 7, metal backing films 9 are formed on the top surface of the resinous film 10 and filming film 8. The resinous film 10 presents a rough surface corresponding to the shapes of particles, whereby allowing the interface between the resinous film 10 and each metal backing film 9 to act as a light absorbing layer.
