PURPOSE:To produce a highly precise coil filament which has no deviation about the diameter of the coil and the pitch by fixing a nozzle which draw out a mandrel by its pointed head. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle rod 18, being made to draw out a mandrel 7 successively by its pointed head 18, is fixed on a bracket 20 of a machine bed 19. A coil ring head 4, being supported with a support which is not figured intermediated by bearings 2, 3, is rotated by driving a gear 6 which is attached on the head 4 by a driving source which is not figured. A bobbin 13, winding a filament 14, is fixed on a spindle 5 of the head 4 intermediated by bush 16. The filament 14 is wound on the mandrel which is drawn out successively, through a guide roller which is held on a disk 9, by the rotation of the head 4. |
