PURPOSE:To secure a steady operation for the arithmetic control unit regardless of use of the power source having fluctuating terminal voltage, by using the 2nd chargeable power source plus the switch. CONSTITUTION:The switch 5 closes when the print command signal 3 is in the queuing mode of the print, and the capacitor 6 functioning as the 2nd power supply means is charged by the power supply means 1. When the signal 3 is put under the print mode, the switch 5 opens. Thus the printer 4 starts its printing action. In this instant, the current larger than that of the arithmetic control unit 2 flows to the printer 4, and thus the terminal voltage V1 of the means 1 is reduced greatly. But the terminal voltage V2 of the capacitor 6 functions as an independent power source since the switch 5 is opened to supply the steady voltage to the unit 2 without receiving any effect of the voltage V1. After the printing is over, the signal 3 is put again under the queuing mode. Thus the printer 4 stops, and the voltage V1 of the means 1 is recovered to the voltage during the queuing mode. Then the switch 5 closes, and the capacitor 6 receives the charging from the means 1. |
