PURPOSE:To reduce the series resistance values of a solar battery by forming a finger section in a vacuum evaporation process and a bus bar section in a printing process when forming the electrodes made of the finger section and the bus bar section on the surface of the battery. CONSTITUTION:When forming the electrode on the surface of the solar battery, a portion having large energy loss of the electrode is formed in a printing process, and a portion which should reduced its contact resistance is formed in a vacuum evaporation process. That is, the finger section forming the electrode pattern is formed in a vacuum evaporation process, and the bus bar section is formed in a printing process. Thus, an electrode pattern of low resistance can be obtained. Since only the bus bar section is uneven, irregular thickness of the film can be reduced even when covering the reflection preventive film on the entire surface of the battery. |
