PURPOSE:To enable an easy and automatic mating of a decorative frame, by a method wherein, when the decorative frame is fitted outside a projection stripe, which is formed in a reverse trapezoid and at a member to be mated, the decorative frame is pressed in order by means of a tilting roller, a circular roller having a small radius, and a circular roller having a large radius. CONSTITUTION:A mating device 5 is mounted on a base stand 1 consisting of a base plate 1, a guide wall 3, being perpendicular to said base plate, and a rest 4 being in parallel to the base plate 1, and a member (a) to be mated and a decorative frame b are placed on the rest 4. The mating device 5 is provided with wheels, and is constituted such that it can move freely on the base plate 2 by means of a handle 6. With the handle between, a support plate 7 is secured on one side, and a tilting roller 8 and a circular roller having a small radius are rotatably located in order named above from the front on the support plate 7. In the meantime, a circular roller having a large diameter, which is always energized downward by means of a spring 12, is positioned on the other side. The decorative frame (b) is fitted outside the member (a) to be mated by the action of said rollers 8, 9, and 13. |
