PURPOSE:To obtain colored pellets which are excellent in fusion-weldability and to manufacture a novel type thick-filmed multicolor pattern sheet, by a method wherein an outer layer having a low softening point is laminated on a main layer having a high softening point, and a synthetic resin thick-filmed sheet is formed with pellets available resulting from pulvertization of said lamination. CONSTITUTION:An outer layer 2 made from a synthetic resin having a low softening point (in which 100pts.wt. of vinyl acetate-polyvinyl chloride copolymer, containing 5% of vinyl acetate, being approximately 1,000 copolymerization degree, is combined with 50pts. of plasticizer and 10-100pts. of filler) is formed on both surfaces or a signal surface of a main layer 1 consisting of a synthetic resin sheet having a high softening point (in which, for example, 100pts.wt. of polyvinyl chloride, being approximately 800 copolymerization degree, is combined with 40pts. of plasticizer and 100-500pts. of filler), and said lamination is crushed or pulverized to form colored pellets A1. The main layer 1 is colored in a different color from that of the outer layers 2 and 2'. After the colored pellets A1 are transferred to a base material 3 on a suction endless belt for heating and pressing, a clear resin layer 27 is laminted thereon to press a pattern. |
