Title compds. (I; R1,R2 = H, halo, lower alkyl, CF3; R3 = H, Me; B1 = divalent radical e.g. -NHC(S)-, -SC(O)-, -OC(O)-, -N=N-,-N=CH-, N(L)-C(O)-; L = H, lower alkyl, lower alkyl carbonyl, lower alkenyl; m,n = integer 1,2; radical -N A is one of the radicals a, b, c and d, where R = H, lower alkyl, CF3; Y = O, S; M = H, lower alkyl, lower alkylcarbonyl) were prepd. by reaction of compds. II ( X = halo, methylsulfonyl, 4-methyl benzylsulfonyl) and compds. III in org. solvent. I and its acid-addition salt were tranquilizers as demonstrated by inhibition of apomorphine-induced vomiting in dogs. |
