Coil was coated with plastic resin by inserting a coil bobbin in the mold. The coil bobbin was fixed in a uniform size by pressing the mold after standing the rib between the inner wall part of mold and the flange part of coil bobbin, and then plastic resin was injected in the mold to manuf. the coated coil which proved the wetproofing and insulating property.
