PURPOSE: To generate an arbitrary form by composing the device of a 1st means which stores plural form files, a 2nd means which stores plural information files, and a processing means which combines a form file selected out of the 1st means and an information file selected out of the 2nd means. CONSTITUTION: A form identification file code and an information identifier file code are inputted. Consequently, a compact disk reader 12 finds out a form file identified with a form ID on a disk 18 and the arranged form file is taken out to an active memory. Similarly, an identified information file is taken out of a magnetic tape reader 16 and moved to the active memory. The form data file and information file which are taken out are combined by a computer 14. The combined files are printed by a print driving device 24. |
