PURPOSE:To obtain the steel sheet having a superior plating layer sticking property and workability, by reducing the steel strip whose surface is made specific coarseness by performing dry process skin pass treatment. CONSTITUTION:Dry process skin pass treatment of steel strip decarbonized and annealed is performed and the surface coarseness is made <=3mu. Next, said strip is reduced at 500-600 deg.C material temperature on the continuous galvanizing line of gas cleaning process and is plated. Hereby, both plating layer sticking property and workaility are superior and galvanized steel sheet not generating blisters, can be obtained. |
