PURPOSE:To uniformly maintain the temp. of a gel over the entire surface by providing a thermostatic chamber via an elastic member having good thermal conductivity to one of migration plates. CONSTITUTION:The gel 1 is sandwiched and supported by the migration plate 2 and the migration plate 3 and is perpendicularly provided. An upper migration cell 4 and a lower migration cell 5 are provided to the gel 1 and the top ends and bottom ends of the migration plates 2, 3 and a DC high-voltage power supply 6 is provided between the upper migration cell 4 and the lower migration cell 5. The thermostatic chamber 8 is mounted by means of fastening members such as clips to the front face of the migration plate 2 via the elastic member 9 having the good thermal conductivity. The entire part of the gel is maintained at a specified temp. by maintaining the specified temp. of the thermostatic chamber 8. |
