PURPOSE:To achieve smoother feeding of original under minimum adherence of static electricity, by transferring the optical scanning means and the destaticizing means along the original laying part and from the side opposite to the original laying side, where the original is not laid. CONSTITUTION:Light exposure against the original 8 is made by scanning and transferring the first and the second mirrors 4 and 6 towards the arrow A direction, while said original 8 is laid upon the glass plate 3 of the copying machine 2, and the destaticizing means 15 is also transferred towards the arrow A direction together with said mirrors 4 and 6. The original 8 is then transferred to the arrow B direction, and then, the next original is fed out of the feeder 10 at specific intervals. The destaticizing needle 15 is set at the intervals (50-100mm.) between each original, and said needle 15 is transferred almost synchronously with the transfer of said original 8. Thus, the destaticizing on the glass plate 3 is accomplished. As a result, adhesion of static electricity is minimized so that the original feeding can be smoothly carried on. |
