CONSTITUTION:The voltage detection circuit 5 detecting the voltage of the battery 2 is operated with the timing pulse 20, and when the voltage of the cell 2 is higher than the reference, the output of the AND gate 10 is at H level and the power generated with the solar cell 1 consumed in the step motor 18 to prevent the over charge. |
