The equipment uses wind energy to heat liquid, having a windmill with a horizontal axis mounted on a structure. A generator mounted behind the blades is connected to resistances in a water circuit. The blades slide and turn automatically dependent on the speed of rotation against spring action. The blades (3,4) are inclined in relation to the axis of the windmill mast (1), and are on the side of the latter towards the wind. The mast is tubular, and supports at the top a rotary shaft which itself supports housing (49) for the blade controls and the tail fin (27) on the opposite side to the blades. The current from the alternator mounted on the housing is passed via cables inside the mast to the load. A disc brake has a rotary pipe inside the mast, connected to a stationary one leading to an air compressor. |
