A reinforced laminate and the method and apparatus for the manufacture thereof are disclosed. Reinforcing wire elements 91', 95 are embedded in plastic layers 91, 98 and plastic laminates to provide reinforced structures, producing a reinforced corrugated laminate 124 including a corrugated layer 106 with plastic layers 108, 113 applied to one or both sides thereof. A wire grid is produced which is corrugated and overlying plastic layers applied, and the planar and corrugated structures combined with cushioning and resilient foam materials. <IMAGE> |
