PURPOSE:To enhance the manipulation of the electrophotographic copier, by performing the exposure process of the copying process based on the volume of exposure set before alteration in case an alteration is given to the set volume of exposure during the process of exposure and then carrying out the preceding processes of exposure based on the volume set after the alteration. CONSTITUTION:The control part 1 comprises the ROM2, RAM3, CPU4 and input/ output interface controlling circuit 5 each. And the ROM2 stores the sequence of each process part for the copying process. Then the exposure volume variable input signal 6, the copy sheet number setting signal 7, the print switch input signal 8 and others are supplied to the RAM3 via the CPU4. The input voltage of the exposure lamp 11 is controlled by the lamp regulator 10 and in accordance to the set volume of exposure stored in the RAM3. Thus the exposure volume is controlled. And in case an alteration is given to the set exposure volume under process, the exposure volume set after the alteration is just stored in the RAM3. And the copying process is carried out based on the exposure volume set before the alteration. |
